Assessing Community Needs (Data)

The key to any effective policy or program is accurately identifying the issues that are a problem.  Center staff can help you use data to determine the nature of the teen driver crash problem in a community. By understanding the nature of a problem, and its size, policies and programs can be tailored to increase the likelihood a program to address it will be effective. To do this we will:

  • Meet with you to discuss data sources that are available for identifying the teen driver issues facing your community
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting these data
  • Help identify programs or policies most likely to effectively address these issues
